We will endeavour to deliver your order straight away, or in the event of a Motability prucase as soon as the paperwork is completed and authority to deliver received. Otherwise, goods should be with you within five working days of receipt of order/payment. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you - but you will always be advised of this, with the option to cancel your order if you so wish.

ENGINEER ACCOMPANIED
An appointed engineer will deliver the scooter to your door, assembled, and will instruct you in its use and maintenance including a driving lesson! He will also carry out repairs at your home during the first year under warranty.
Contract Hire
Customers on Motability receive additional benefits, please ask for details which include annual servicing, recovery, renewing of consumables such as tyres and batteries if required, full insurance and an extended warranty for the term of the agreement. These options are also available to non Motability customers, please ask for a personal quotation.
VAT
Most customers requiring mobility equipment are exempt from VAT, and as long as the purchaser or the end user will require the product due to a chronic disability a self-declaration is sufficient. A letter will be sent to you to sign and return to us to this effect with a stamped addressed envelope. This information has to be retained by us and made available to the VAT Office should they request it – it is not available to
SAT A.M. OPTION or BEFORE 12 any weekday
Your new mobility scooter can be delivered before 12.00 on a Saturday – easier if you are at work or need to have a member of the family around to assist perhaps! There is an additional charge of £20 for this timed delivery..
